Hotels Reviews: Tested Picks 2026

Hotels reviews 2026 with tested stays, real room rates and booking advice. Compare locations, service and value before you reserve your next trip with us.

We book, pay for and sleep in every hotel we cover, then write down what the photos missed. This section collects our tested stays, booking advice and the small checks that decide whether a room is worth the rate. Start with our boutique hotel picks, then read the booking mistakes guide before you reserve anything. We list the price we actually paid in 2026, including city tax where we could confirm it, and we say plainly when a property is not worth the money.
